Place the pizza stone on a cold barbecue, close the hood and preheat on high.

Evenly spread Passata sauce across the pizza base. Top with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and olives.

Once the barbecue has reached a high heat, open the hood and place the pizza on the pre-heated pizza stone. Close the lid and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

Once cooked, carefully remove the pizza from the pizza stone. Do not cut cooked pizza on the pizza stone, as scoring the surface may lead to breakage.

Add shaved parmesan to pizza as desired.

Arrange rocket on top of pizza and serve immediately.
CAUTION:
The pizza stone will become very hot during cooking. Protect your hands and always use protective wear when handling the stone. Place the stone on a serving rack to avoid heat damage to table surfaces or counter tops.
